Message from the Chair
Following the Government’s plans to remove social contact restrictions and advice from Reform Judaism, the Shul Council have met and discussed what this means for our Shul.
A smaller group of us are meeting soon to make the necessary plans for returning to in-person Shul activity, this includes Shabbat Services, Cheder, Kuddle Up, Youth, Education & Social groups.
As long as restrictions continue on the pathway laid out by Government, then we are aiming to be back in the building around the end of June 2021.
When we do reopen, we will continue to comply with recommendations for reduced social distancing, hand washing and so on.
We plan to offer some online zoom or streamed services as an option, for those who wish to continue online and not in person.
This also means that the Shul might look a little different when we do return. Details on all of this will be communicated before we reopen.
Council will continue to monitor and adapt as progress on the vaccine programme and Covid regulations change.
If you have any questions or concerns about this then please contact me by email: email@example.com or via the Shul office: 01273 735343
