Shabbat Ki Tavo When I first looked at Deuteronomy 27, 9-26, the part of parashah, ki Tavo that we are reading today, I was shocked and dismayed by the repeated dire curses loudly expressed there, and the lurid offences that would occasion such huge condemnation.
